Can't start up my Artweaver

Hallo Artweaver community,

Everytime I try to start up my artweaver it gives: "Error: 1", without further explaination.
After reïnstalling artweaver, it still won't work.
The error occurred for the first time today after almost half-year of owning the plus version.

Anybody knows what to do?

Can you please press the Shift key while starting Artweaver and confirm the message to delete all settings. Is Artweaver afterwards still showing an error while starting?

After holding shift and confirming the deletion of all settings, it still shows the error.

Can you please navigate to your Artweaver settings folder and delete all *.xml files:

C:\Users\<Your username>\AppData\Roaming\Artweaver Plus\5.0
