I'm trying to make a NICE picture with Artweaver. How many layers can you make with artweaver?

normally what your system/memory can handle ;)

But there should be a restriction at about 250 layers. I think this is enough.

250 layers!? I can't go above 5 layers before Artweaver chokes. Of course I'm working at 300dpi (would rather be at 600dpi for B&W), and I do realize that it's all a memory-handling issue. I wanted to make sure that resolution/dpi was also addressed in this situation. 250 layers at 72dpi is useless to me, personally. It's fine for web-graphics, but honestly there are already a blue million programs already out tehre that handle web-graphics and small-scale image-making and I'd love to see Artweaver step up as a contender for handling 300dpi, 600dpi larger-scale projects slated to go to a professional printer...but that's just me.
It's a darn handy program that I bet will only get better as time goes by. Thanks for all the hard work!
