PSD - Which things are supported?

just a simple question.

Which things in pds-files are supported and which things are not supported at the moment?

It would be fine if there was a list showing that.

Supported features are only plain bitmap layers with their blend modes and opacity settings. All other PSD features like adjustment layers, layer groups, text layers, ... are not supported.

Additional this message is always shown if there are not supported / unknown features in the PSD file. So this message can also appear for a simple PSD file if there are Photoshop specific features which are not relevant for the image.

Now I understand - I had a very simple picture (only background layer and nothing else) and wondered what there could be additional in the picture. The answer is easy: nothing.

Artweaver Plus already supports layer groups in the PSD format (not nested groups because this is not available in Artweaver). Only in Artweaver Free there is no support for advanced PSD features like these layer groups.

There are at the moment no plans to support nested layer groups in one of the next Artweaver releases.
